Controller

OralAdvance Labs d.o.o., trading as Implant Studio Live Courses, is the controller for the data described here. Contact: support@implantstudio.co. Full identity details appear in the Legal Notice.

Data we collect

• identity and contact details, country and professional background;
• course preference, experience level and application notes;
• billing address, payment status, tax identifier where supplied, and Stripe transaction references;
• correspondence, complaints and attendance records;
• security and technical data necessary to operate the website.

Stripe processes card details on its hosted checkout. We do not receive or store full card numbers.

Purposes and legal bases

• to review applications, take reservations and deliver the course: steps requested before contract and performance of contract;
• to issue invoices, maintain accounting records and respond to authorities: legal obligation;
• to prevent fraud, secure the service, handle complaints and improve operations: legitimate interests;
• to send optional marketing: consent, where required.

We do not use application data for unrelated marketing without an appropriate legal basis.

Recipients and processors

Data may be processed by Cloudflare for website hosting and security, Stripe for payment and fraud prevention, our transactional email provider for confirmations, professional advisers, and host clinics or faculty where necessary to organise and safely deliver the selected course. Each receives only the data reasonably needed for its role.

International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the EEA. Where required, transfers rely on an adequacy decision, approved contractual safeguards or another lawful transfer mechanism. Provider-specific information is available in their privacy documentation.

Retention

Unsuccessful or uncompleted applications are kept only as long as reasonably necessary for follow-up, dispute prevention and security, normally no longer than 24 months. Contract, invoice and payment records are kept for the period required by accounting, tax and legal rules. Clinical or attendance records are kept only where necessary for course delivery, safety or legal claims.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and may withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Contact support@implantstudio.co. You may also complain to the competent data-protection authority, including the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency where it is the lead authority.

Required information and automated decisions

Fields marked required are needed to assess or perform the requested booking. If they are not provided, we may be unable to offer the service. We do not make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects based on the course application.
