Legal
Terms of Sale.
These terms govern applications, reservations and attendance at Implant Studio Live Courses.
Last updated: 20 July 2026
1. Seller and scope
The seller is OralAdvance Labs d.o.o., trading as Implant Studio Live Courses. Full seller details appear in the Legal Notice. These terms apply to group and private live-patient implant training booked through implantstudio.co.
2. Eligibility and professional responsibility
You must be a dentist or another dental professional legally eligible for the selected training. You must provide accurate information about your qualifications and experience and comply with the host clinic’s clinical, infection-control and patient-safety rules. Attendance or completion does not itself grant a professional licence or guarantee competence for every case.
2A. Cross-border clinical participation
An application, reservation or payment does not itself grant permission to treat patients. Any clinical operator role is conditional on our written confirmation after review of the participant's qualification, host-country professional requirements, clinic approval and appropriate insurance. Requirements vary by country and qualification.
Where an operator role cannot be confirmed, we may offer a non-clinical observer role or another suitable pathway only with the applicant's agreement before confirming the booking. Observer status does not authorize patient contact or clinical tasks unless those specific activities have been approved in writing by every relevant authority, the host clinic and the insurer.
3. Price, reservation and contract formation
- Group course: €8,900 total; €2,700 paid to reserve, with €6,200 remaining.
- Private 1-on-1: €16,900 total; €4,700 paid to reserve, with €12,200 remaining.
Displayed prices are the final course prices and include any VAT the seller is legally required to charge. Where an exemption or reverse-charge treatment lawfully applies, the invoice will reflect it without increasing the displayed course price. Any additional charge must be disclosed before you pay. A submitted application is not accepted until Stripe confirms payment and we email written confirmation of the format, campus and date. The reservation is credited against the full course fee.
4. Balance, attendance and transfers
The confirmation email or invoice states the balance due date. Failure to pay by that date may release the place after reasonable notice. A participant may request one transfer to another available cohort scheduled to begin within 12 months of the original course start date. The request must be made in writing before the original course begins and remains subject to availability, the same professional-eligibility checks and payment of any agreed price difference when changing format. Payments already received are credited to the approved replacement booking.
5. What is included
The course page and confirmation identify the clinical programme and inclusions. Unless the confirmation says otherwise, accommodation, breakfast and lunch, and course surgical materials are included. Flights, airport transfers, dinners, personal expenses, visas, licences and the participant’s professional insurance are not included.
6. Dates, faculty, patients and programme changes
Clinical training depends on patient suitability and safety. We may make reasonable changes to the timetable, faculty, case order or equivalent clinical activities. If a material change prevents delivery of the booked course, the remedies in the Refund Policy apply.
7. Placement and implementation-support commitments
The advertised minimum of eight placements is subject to the participant following clinical instructions and being eligible to operate. If the minimum is not reached for reasons within the course programme, the participant may attend the next suitable cohort at no additional course fee. This remedy does not cover travel or personal expenses.
After the course, a participant who follows the course implementation system on their first five appropriately selected, completed cases may receive continued 1:1 planning and case-review support at no additional fee if those cases have not generated revenue equal to the course fee within six months. That continued support has no fixed time limit and is delivered through reasonable scheduling and the course support process. The participant must provide reasonable evidence of case completion and relevant revenue. This is a support commitment, not a refund, and does not guarantee patient suitability, treatment outcomes, profit or future revenue.
8. Cancellation, refunds and withdrawal
The Refund Policy forms part of these terms. Consumers may also have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal as explained on the Right of Withdrawal page. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights.
9. Conduct, safety and removal
We may pause or end participation where reasonably necessary for patient safety, unlawful conduct, serious misconduct, intoxication, harassment or material breach of clinical instructions. Refunds in those circumstances depend on the facts and mandatory law.
10. Intellectual property and recording
Course materials are supplied for the attendee’s personal professional use. They may not be resold, uploaded or distributed without written permission. Patient images or clinical information may be recorded only with the required written consent and in accordance with clinic rules and data-protection law.
11. Liability and mandatory rights
Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct or death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable. Each participant remains responsible for later patient assessment, consent, treatment and compliance with local professional rules.
12. Complaints and law
Complaints can be sent to support@implantstudio.co. These terms are governed by Croatian law, without depriving a consumer of mandatory protections available in the consumer’s country of residence. Courts with mandatory jurisdiction remain available.
