Your 14-day right

If you enter the contract as a consumer, you generally have 14 days from the day the contract is concluded to withdraw without giving a reason. To exercise the right, send an unequivocal statement to OralAdvance Labs d.o.o. at support@implantstudio.co before the period expires. You may use the form below, but it is not mandatory.

Services requested during the withdrawal period

If you expressly ask us to begin providing a service during the 14-day period, you may have to pay a proportionate amount for service already provided before withdrawal. The right may be lost after a service has been fully performed only where the legal requirements—including prior express consent and acknowledgement—are satisfied.

Effect of withdrawal

Where a valid withdrawal applies, we refund payments received for the withdrawn contract without undue delay and no later than 14 days after being informed. The refund uses the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise.
